Forbes India has come up with its list of top 100 celebrities in India between September 2011 and October 2012.
Shah Rukh Khan has topped the list with an earning of Rs 202.80 crore
Salman Khan came second with an estimated earning of Rs 144.20 crore
Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni garnered an income of Rs 135.16 crore to receive the third position on the list
2012 was a very successful year for Akshay Kumar. He became the fourth highest earning celebrity
Who can deny Amitabh Bachchan a position in any such list. He got the fifth position
Forbes India found Sachin Tendulkar, who has said goodbye to one day cricket, eligible for the sixth position
At 7, Kareena Kapoor is the first female celebrity to be featured on this list
Virender Sehwag found himself on number 8 despite struggling with his cricket form
Virat Kohli is the rising star of Indian cricket and is doing a lot of endorsements. He received the ninth position
Katrina Kaif is the second female celebrity in the list
