Twin sisters are born and are completely different races

Twin sisters are born and are completely different races

21-year-old Kylie Hodgson of Nottingham, England, is half-black, half-white. So’s her partner, 19-year-old Remi Horder. Back in 2006, they conceived twins. And when the twin girls were born, one was black… and one was white. Remee is blonde and white; Kian is black.

Since both Kylie and Remi are mixed race, when the two eggs were conceived, the one that became Remee inherited all of the white genes from the family, and Kian inherited all of the black genes.

Delighted Queen celebrates with Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie

The Queen looked ecstatic on the third day of Royal Ascot today as her horse Estimate romped home to win the meet's prestigious Gold Cup. But, perhaps, not quite as thrilled as her jubilant granddaughter Princess Beatrice.

The Queen, wearing a lavender ensemble, rode in the Royal Procession with her grandson Peter Phillips and his wife Autumn.

The Princess Royal looked demure in an off-white outfit while Princess Beatrice looked elegant in a black and gold dress and small straw hat.

Sisters Princess Beatrice, left, and Princess Eugenie, right, can't control their excitement as their grandmother's horse Estimate wins the Gold Cup.

The Queen cannot hide her delight as Estimate romped home to
win the trophy.

The Queen, receiving the Gold Cup from her second eldest son Andrew, is the first reigning monarch to win the trophy in its history.

Margaret Hilda Thatcher, Baroness Thatcher, LG, OM, PC, FRS (née Roberts, 13 October 1925 – 8 April 2013) was a British Conservative Party politician who was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1979 to 1990 and the Leader of the Conservative Party from 1975 to 1990.

She was the longest-serving British Prime Minister of the 20th century and is the only woman to have held the office. A Soviet journalist called her the "Iron Lady", a nickname that became associated with her uncompromising politics and leadership style. As Prime Minister, she implemented policies that have come to be known as Thatcherism.

David Cameron in India as he stops short of an apology for 1919 massacre at Amritsar

The Prime Minister echoed the words of Winston Churchill as he paid tribute to the 379 innocent Indians slaughtered in the Amritsar massacre.

Mr Cameron concluded his visit to India yesterday with a trip to the Golden Temple, the holiest site for Sikhs, and the Jallianwala Bagh gardens – where soldiers under Brigadier Reginald Dyer fired 1,650 shots into a crowd of 20,000 unarmed protesters in 1919.
